Nescafé quickly became the preferred coffee of the Allied armies, and by the end of the war, it was a household name around the world.

In the United States, instant coffee became a staple of the suburban household, where it was often consumed as a quick and easy breakfast beverage. By the 1950s, instant coffee accounted for more than half of all coffee consumed in the United States.

Its flavor is often described as bland or flat, lacking the depth and complexity of a well-brewed cup of coffee. Nevertheless, instant coffee remains a popular choice for many people due to its convenience and affordability.

These products are often made using premium coffee beans and advanced processing techniques, resulting in a more flavorful and complex cup of coffee than traditional instant coffee.
